Ordering and return policy

 

~There will be no refunds on custom or in stock orders. If you decide you do not want the item after it is finished (or as it is being made, or before it has been started), you forfeit all money that has already been paid (whether it is the first payment only, or the full amount)

~All turn around times are Approximate! That meaning if I give you an estimated time that means estimate time! Meaning that it can be over that time limit! I always say this  because there can be delays for me getting my supplies and other reasons! And there will be no refunds if the order takes longer than the estimated time due to me not getting my supplies in time! “ This is only on custom orders or orders that are made to order!” That’s simply because that’s not my fault and stuff happens! ““Note I try my very best to get orders in and out as fast as possible!””  ALOT OF MY PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE ARE MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT NOTHING IS READY TO SHIP UNLESS NOTED OTHER WISE! 

as of right now all orders take atleast 4 weeks! Maybe longer!>>PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE A LIFE TO AND IMPORTANT THINGS CAN COME UP AND PUT ME BEHIND! I am a one women ran business! Not a huge cooperation! In stock items are the only products that are ready to ship!! 

~Wait times start as soon as it is paid for. (Ex. The item is paid for on July 30th, the wait time is 4 weeks, expect the item around August 30th) “ NOTE TIMES ARE ESTIMATED”

~Custom orders must be paid atleast half up front, the other half is paid after the item is finished and before it is shipped or you can choose to full pay up front. If it is not paid in full within 10 days of being finished, we have the right to sell it to someone else and you lose all money that has already been paid. >> Note this is for custom orders only! Are regular products that are online you have to pay in full!<< We do offer shop payment plans!! 

 

~I have the right to choose who I sell an item too!

~By paying for any item (half or full), you are accepting and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

 

~It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is updated and correct. We are not responsible for items that get shipped to the wrong address!!!!!! Along with incorrect information filled out on your order! If you put the wrong information whether it’s wrong color, or wrong Concho ,etc we aren’t responsible for changing it after your order has been made! And there will be no returning it!

We ship USPS Priority Mail so $50 Insurance is included but more can be added at your request (before it is shipped). If you do not request extra insurance and the package is lost in the mail WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE YOUR ITEM(S) you can summit a claim and get your $50 through them!

~Shipped items usually arrive to you within 2-4 days. “Note things can happen and change 2-4 days is estimated” not responsible if it’s not there between the time frame!

~ PLEASE note that tracking information link do need time to update! “They can be slow”

• not updated tracking information

•lost packages “ you can summit a claim through them by contacting them”

• missed scanned items

•shipping delays
